Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges

For faster service, return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item after your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as standard returns.

Refunds
